Refund / Returns Policy
You can return your devices within 30 days from the ship date. This refund is for the device only. For the devices with contracts, an early termination fee (ETF) may still be charged by your carrier unless you cancel service according to their respective policy. Your carrier may still charge you a prorated fee for the time you had the TV and service. In addition, your carrier may impose fees based on the early termination of your service contract, and activation fees are generally nonrefundable.

All products, parts and accessories must be in new condition and returned in the original product packaging. You will pay for return shipping on eligible returns authorized by our Customer Service. No re-stocking fee is required on all eligible returns.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. To the extent possible, your refund will be provided using the same payment method that you used for your purchase.
